Preheat oven to 450°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Process onion, garlic, walnuts, and parsley; combine with ground beef and lamb, seasoning with paprika, sumac, oregano, thyme, cumin, Aleppo pepper, salt, and pepper.
Pack mixture into pan and bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove excess fat/juices, let cool, then slice. Pan-fry slices until golden.
