Boil eggs for 6 1/2 minutes (or 7-8 minutes for firmer yolks), then transfer them to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
Peel by gently cracking shells, then cut in half lengthwise. Plate with avocado, cherry tomatoes, Bulgarian feta, and walnuts.
Season with Chile Lime and Everything Bagel seasoning before serving.
