– 85% Grass-Fed Ground Beef – Calabrian Dried Chili Flakes – Tomato sauce – Bone Broth – Cream – Cheese – Kaizen Radiatori Pasta – Fresh Basil
On medium heat, sauté diced onion in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, and Calabrian chili flakes, and cook briefly. Brown ground beef, then add tomato sauce and bone broth.
Simmer covered for 6-10 minutes. Add pasta and cook according to instructions. Before pasta is done, add cream, parmesan, mozzarella, and ricotta.
Simmer briefly, then serve immediately. Top with desired toppings like cheese, basil, and chili flakes. Enjoy!
