These Low-Carb Sushi Wraps will satisfy all of your sushi cravings. It’s a super simple recipe that was inspired by the viral tortilla trend, but uses a seaweed sheet instead! The result? A delicious salmon, avocado, carrot, and cucumber sushi roll with rich cream cheese. Mmm.
– Salmon – Mayonnaise – Tamari – Sheet of Nori – Avocado – Veggies – Cream Cheese
In a bowl, mash cooled pre-cooked salmon with mayo, sesame oil, Tamari, rice vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and sesame seeds.
Mix well and adjust seasoning. Cut a sushi nori sheet into quadrants. Fill each quadrant with salmon salad, avocado, carrot strips, cream cheese, and cucumber slices.
