– Beef Chuck Roast – Spice Blend – Beef Broth – Garlic & Onion – Oregano – Greek Yogurt
Season beef chuck roast with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, oregano, and cumin.
Place in oven-safe pot with beef broth, garlic, red onion, and oregano sprigs. Cover and bake.
Shred roast with forks, mix with drippings, return to oven then shred again.
Blend yogurt, feta, garlic, mint, salt, and pepper for sauce.
