– Cauliflower – Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Seasonings – Shallot – Sun-dried Tomatoes – Adobo Chipotle Peppers – Lemon – Pistachios – Aleppo Pepper – Fresh Tarragon
Preheat oven to 450°F and boil a pot of water. Trim cauliflower, leaving it upright, then boil for 7-½ minutes. Transfer to a baking tray, drizzle with oil, and season with paprika, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
Roast for 40 minutes. Meanwhile, blend shallot, sun-dried tomatoes, chipotle peppers, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and water.
