Refund policy
All of our products are delivered digitally and are available immediately after purchase. Because digital products cannot be returned, all digital sales are final. However, if something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right. This includes issues such as a duplicate purchase, the wrong file being delivered, or a broken or inaccessible download link that we are unable to resolve.
If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, please reach out as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer an exchange for the correct product or provide store credit to be used toward a future purchase. Exchanges and credits are handled on a case-by-case basis and are intended to resolve honest mistakes while protecting digital content.
